ph93 Terms & Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

To use ph93, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or be a Philippine resident.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be excluded from gaming activity through any self-exclusion programme or court order.

ph93 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If verification reveals that a player is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and the matter handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

It is your responsibility to ensure that using ph93 is legal in your jurisdiction. ph93 makes no representation that the service is appropriate or available for use in locations outside its intended market.

You may register one account on ph93. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed at our discretion. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.
• Use ph93's name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of ph93 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable law.

ph93 provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a reliable and secure service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph93 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting ph93 customer support. If you have an active bonus at the time of closure, those bonus funds will be forfeited. Your real-money balance (net of any bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard identity verification.

ph93 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Your continued use of the platform poses a risk to other players, the platform's integrity, or applicable law.

In cases of account suspension pending investigation, ph93 will freeze the account balance until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be released within a reasonable period.
